01How and when can I pay my rent?
The rent must be paid in advance by the eighth day of a given month, by transfer or payment card at the reception.
02Are there any additional fees on your monthly bill?
The rent includes all additional services (including utility consumption up to the monthly consumption level specified in the General Rental Rules.)
03What's included in the rental price?
Studio rent, use and cleaning of bedding items (sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover), utility consumption (water, heating, electricity up to the monthly consumption limit specified in the General Rental Rules, WiFi access"), free access and use common areas (Mensa, shared kitchen, study zone, games zone).
04When is the deposit paid and refunded?
The deposit is payable a maximum of 10 days after the start of the Rental Agreement and is refundable 10 days after the end of the same Rental Agreement. Its amount is 2 months' rent.
01Can I rent the apartment for a period other than the one in the offer?
Yes. In this case, please contact the reception.
02What documents are required to sign the contract?
Identification document (ID card or passport), registration certificate or student ID, and parental authorization in the case of minors.
03How is a roommate selected?
It will be based on your requirements (male or female, nationality, age...).

The rental agreement must be signed before entering the apartment.
01Can I have guests? At what time?
Yes, of course, guests can be received from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outside these hours, for security reasons, people who are not residents of our dormitory must report to the reception to check in and pay the fee in accordance with the price list included in the regulations.
02What are the quiet hours at night?
Quiet hours in our facility are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
03What is charged in the common areas?
All common areas: mensa, kitchen, game room, study room are free of charge.
04Is there a parking space?
Yes we have parking spaces.
05Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the building.
06Can I return to my dorm at any time?
Yes of course.
07What is provided in the room?
The room has: a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, heating and access to amenities such as a bathroom and kitchen, and Internet access. Kitchenette with: hob, microwave, fridge. Modern bathroom with shower.
