Living in NEXTDOOR, you can use a wide range of common spaces. If you want peace and quiet to prepare for your exams, a specially prepared study zone will provide you with ideal conditions. You will also find a gaming area and a gym where you can relax in your free time. The heart of our dormitory is Mensa, which is a space designed to spend time with friends, as well as events organized by us, such as movie nights.

Who are we?

Réside Etudes is more than just a student residence. Our goal is to create a space for students where they can live comfortably, but also develop freely – both in terms of learning and personal passions.

With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate market, we are one of the leaders in student accommodation in France. Our experience in creating and managing modern residences with a full suite of services makes it the ideal choice for young people looking for an inspiring place to live.

Payments

01How and when can I pay my rent?

Rent for the month is due by the 5th of each month; payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or cash at the NextDoor reception
The rent includes all additional services (including utility consumption up to the monthly consumption level specified in the General Rental Rules.)
Studio rent, use and cleaning of bedding items (sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover), utility consumption (water, heating, electricity up to the monthly consumption limit specified in the General Rental Rules, WiFi access"), free access and use common areas (Mensa, shared kitchen, study zone, games zone).
The deposit is payable a maximum of 7 days after reservation and is refundable 20 days after the end of Rental Agreement. Its amount is 1 months' rent.

01Can I rent the apartment for a period other than the one in the offer?

Yes. In this case, please contact the reception.
Identification document (ID card or passport), registration certificate or student ID, and parental authorization in the case of minors.
It will be based on your requirements (male or female, nationality, age...).
The rental agreement must be signed before entering the apartment.

01Can I have guests? At what time?

Yes, of course, guests can be received from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outside these hours, for security reasons, people who are not residents of our dormitory must report to the reception to check in and pay the fee in accordance with the price list included in the regulations.
Quiet hours in our facility are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
All common areas: mensa, kitchen, game room, study room are free of charge.
Yes we have parking spaces.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the building.

The room has: a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, heating and access to amenities such as a bathroom and kitchen, and Internet access. Kitchenette with: hob, microwave, fridge. Modern bathroom with shower.

Reservation is possible online via the tab on our booking website. We also invite you to contact the dormitory directly by phone or e-mail

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before the start of the rental period. Additional fees may apply after this deadline.

A great place in the center of Krakow. This is a new private dormitory, which also offers short-term rental. These are modern comfortable apartments. Nearby green areas: Błonia, Jordan Park, Kościuszko Mound. This is a quiet recreational part of the city, for people who like sports (jogging, rollerblading). The proximity of tourist attractions makes it possible to enjoy the charms of the city. Nearby: universities, tram and bus. Easy access to the airport. Really nice and very helpful people. They always do something nice for students living in the dormitory, for example parties, Fat Thursday (free donuts) or French breakfast (also free). A nice touch is that parents or friends of students can also book a room and live in the same building with their children. Great idea! I hope you will book a few guest rooms in the future, even if you will be hosting mostly permanent residents (students).
