In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
\nDirective 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we would like to inform you that: <\/p>\n

The Administrator of your personal data is Reside Etudes Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) (address: rtm. \nProtection Officer The Controller has appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via the iod@nextdoor-housing.pl e-mail address or via traditional mail at the address of the Controller’s registered office indicated above with the note “To the Data Protection Officer”. <\/p>\n

3. Purposes and grounds for processing

\nPersonal data in the form of name and surname, e-mail address, contact phone number, will be processed by the Administrator in order to:<\/p>\n

1) to communicate and answer your question \u2013 the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Administrator. In this case, the legitimate interest of the Administrator is the ability to respond to your inquiry and to conduct communication (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
\n 2) to establish, pursue or defend against claims \u2013 the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to pursue the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The recipients of your personal data may also be entities or bodies authorized to receive your data \u2013 only in justified cases and on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law. <\/p>\n

8. Information on automated decision-making, including profiling
